A Florida man has been arrested and charged in a scheme that cost a Perryville couple nearly a quarter-of-a-million dollars.  47-year old Patrick Wilson of Orlando, Florida has been charged with four counts of financial exploitation of the elderly, stealing by deceit, and unlawful merchandising practices.  A Perryville couple were told they were winners but had to act fast to claim their prize.  After six months they paid nearly $250,000 towards “fees” necessary to cover before claiming their prize.  According to court filings Wilson told the couple they had won $10-million and a Mercedes-Benz.  Wilson was arrested in Florida Thursday night and held on a $100,000 bond.  Charges were filed Wednesday by Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster.  Wilson will be extradited to Missouri where he could face life in prison if convicted.
