Board Member Charlotte Craig says the operating costs at the animal shelter exceed their budget of 350-thousand dollars annually and they receive NO money from state or national Humane Societies. They often take in as many as twelve animals equaling over 4-thousand each year! She tells KZIM KSIM for these reasons they hold fundraisers like this one at Bella Italia Sunday, November 11^th… 25 people are baking desserts so far but anyone can donate and come to buy! Bring the whole family! From 3 til 5pm you can bid on the items you want to share with your family or freeze it for the holidays! Admission is 15-dollars at the door. The price includes one drink and appetizers.
