In observance of Thanksgiving, Jackson's Sanitation Department will not operate Thursday or Friday.

Trash scheduled for Thursday and Friday pickup will be collected Nov. 26. Trash scheduled for Nov. 26 pickup will be collected Nov. 27.

The Jackson Recycling Center also will be closed Thursday and Friday.
