The owner of a Cape Girardeau daycare who allegedly sold hydrocodone pills while children were in her care has a new court date. 37-year-old Keisha McReynolds is charged with one felony count of distributing controlled substances near a daycare center. McReynolds allegedly sold 16 pills for 60-dollars to a SEMO Drug Task Force confidential informant September 26th at the Beautiful Beginnings daycare center at 26-25 Hopper Road. The sale happened during business hours while at least 8 children were present. The state department of health and senior services shut down the daycare the next day. McReynolds will appear before Judge William Syler December 3rd.
