A Dunklin County man gets 15 years for two Meth-related cases

Dec 06, 2012 -- 11:18am

A Dunklin County man will spend the next 15 years in state prison on two Meth-related cases.  58-year-old Gary Bollinger of Campbell was sentenced Wednesday before Judge Stephen Sharp in Stoddard County Court.  He was found to be a prior and persistent offender.  Bollinger was originally charged with making Meth with the intent to distribute.  He pled guilty to the crime in 2008 and was sentenced to 15 years through a Long Term Substance Abuse Program.  Bollinger was released from prison in February 2010 and placed on supervised probation for three years.  He violated that probation with a Marijuana possession case and the judge reinstated his 15-year term at sentencing this week.
