Missouri continues to see a steady decrease in unemployment rates. November’s jobs report showed the lowest level of unemployment in 49 months. The seasonally adjusted rate fell to 6.7% down two tenths of a point from October. More jobs are being added in Missouri including full time and seasonal help. Department of Economic Development John Fougere tells KZIM-KSIM the state is continuing on a strong pattern. Since December 2011 there have been 31,000 net new jobs created in the state of Missouri. Healthcare and the auto manufacturing business have been strong contributors to the market.
