As part of their series of forums the SEMO Pachyderms are hosting the candidates for Secretary of State this week.  Cape Girardeau County is considered a pivotal point for conservative candidates.  The forums have been successful and always draw a large crowd of interested voters.  A panel will question Scott Rupp, Shane Schoeller and Bill Stouffer on issues they would face if elected in the primaries.  Local Membership Chair Holly Lintner tells KZIM-KSIM this position is extremely important. It will be held at Dexter BBQ Thursday beginning at 7 PM.  The program is open to the public.  For more information call 573-200-4073.
