One man is dead after a tractor overturns in Pemiscot County.  The Sheriff’s Office received a call to Highway 567 just south of State Highway O for a tractor overturned.  When crews arrived they found a white male lying in the muddy area of a side ditch.  The rear tire of tractor appeared to have slipped down the embankment rolling the vehicle and trapping Charles Branham of Hayti in the ditch.  He was pronounced dead at the scene and was later transported to the Pemiscot County morgue.
