A Kennett man traveling east on Missouri Highway 164 at US 412 – 1-mile east of Cardwell was killed after running off the road flipping several times and being ejected. Missouri Highway Patrol reports indicate that 34-year old David Webb was pronounced dead at the scene by Dunklin County Coroner James Powell just after 4am Saturday. He was not wearing a seat belt. He is fatality number 2 for Troop E for 2013.
