A Murray State bus carrying a Women's track team overturned on I-69 in Indiana, this morning at approximately 10:30 A.M. at Mile Marker 43; near the Gibson County/Pike County line, between Oakland City and Petersburg. State Police say nine people were on the bus including the driver, and four people were injured and taken to the Jasper Memorial Hospital. Indiana State police say the accident was caused by the bus sliding on the ice, running of the road, and tipping over. The bus was one of several headed north on the way to Bloomington to compete in Indiana Relays, another Murray State bus picked up the rest of the team members.
