The crash that shut down a portion of Interstate 55 in Cape Girardeau Tuesday night with a tractor-trailer that jack-knifed during the storm, and a passenger car drove under that trailer had a well known person involved. Associate Circuit Judge Scott Lipke, says he feels very lucky to be alive. He says divine intervention played a role. Lipke says he had a Bible on the front seat. He escaped with barely a scratch.
