The Woodland R-4 school district is getting a School resource officer via the Bollinger County Sheriff's Department. The district has never had one before! Superintendent Jennings Wilkinson says the nation

Says the officer will be in classrooms to help kids with social media, bullying, drugs, and alcohol.

Funding will come from the school district and not reduce public patrols and service.
