Isle of Capri Cape receives over 17-hundred applications for its job postings

Jul 20, 2012 -- 1:34pm

Competition is fierce for those wanting to work at the Isle of Capri Cape this fall!  The company reports over 17-hundred online applications have been received for their posted jobs.  Over 300 people have applied for security positions and they had 150 alone for one administrative assistant spot.  Officials are now screening dealer applicants, expecting to bring in 150 to 200 blackjack and craps dealers for their training school starting August 1st.  Isle Cape general manager Chet Koch tells KZIM KSIM they are excited about the interest in wanting to work with them!  Koch says the construction project is all under roof at this point.  He says they have over 300 new slot machines in place.  They expect to initially hire up to 200 full and part-time dealers for their table games.  Poker school will begin in September.  Online applications will be accepted through that month for those dealer jobs.  You can follow and apply online at www-dot-islecorp-dot-com.  The casino is targeted to open around November 1st.
