SEMO Science Fair 321 Student Projects

The 57th Annual Southeast Missouri Regional Science Fair will take place Tuesday in the Show Me Center at Southeast Missouri State University.  It will include 483 students from 33 area high schools and junior high schools, with 321 different displays. Dean of the College of Science Technology and Agriculture Dr. Chris McGowan is the fair's director and tells KZIM-KSIM that a wide variety of projects will be in the competition.  Judging will begin at noon, and exhibits will be open to public viewing from 3:30 to 9 p.m., with an awards ceremony at 7:30 p.m.
