A toy store employee has been arrested for felony theft charges.  40-year-old Michael DeMaria, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday by police on charges of stealing an amount over $500 from his employer, Toys’R’Us.  DeMaria will be arraigned on Monday in Cape Girardeau County Court before Judge Gary Kamp.  The charge against DeMaria is punishable with a prison sentence of 2-7 years and a 5-thousand dollar fine.
