With more than a month to go until the SEMO District Fair opens their gates, tickets have already begun to sell.  The seven day affair begins September 8 and runs through the 15^th, with food, rides and great entertainment.  Tickets for the Grandstand events went on sale Tuesday at 8 AM and offer orchestra or grandstand seating. Shows this year include the demo derby, 11^th annual Heartland Idol, and antique tractor pull.  Fair Board President Pete Poe tells KZIM-KSIM they are also bringing a powerhouse music lineup. There are events each night of the week.  You can see the full lineup at www.semofair.com.
