A Farmington man will be back in court this month for sodomy and molestation.  39-year-old Shawn St. Nicholas is charged with child molestation and two counts of statutory sodomy. According to police, on October 20th, 2011, a girl reported St. Nicholas tried to touch her inappropriately.  She said she told him to stop and he refused.  St. Nicholas denied the allegations.  He said he went into the child’s room to retrieve his cell phone.  Four other children were interviewed concerning allegations against St. Nicholas.  They told officials that they were each sleeping when St. Nicholas molested them.  Judge Kenneth Pratte (prat) originally set the jury trial for January of this year in Farmington, but became ill.  Nicholas will have a case hearing before Judge Pratte on April 17th at 8am in St. Francois County Court.
