Researchers are looking for the classes of 1960 through 1963 from Oak Ridge High School to discover what became of their lives fifty-three years after something called the Project Talent study was first administered. The 1960 study looked at students from 1200 high schools across the country. The American Institutes for Research principal investigator and project co-director Dr. George Rebok tells KZIM-KSIM that those former students experienced several days of surveys, and then follow ups after 1, 5, and 11 years. Rebok says they really want to find what their life trajectories were like, ask about their health, life and job satisfaction and connect that to the earlier data. If you were among those who attended Oak Ridge in the early 60s, or have info about your classmates, contact the institute at project-talent.org or call 866-770-6077.
