A tour is planned for tomorrow to get your bold new ideas for state legislators!

Apr 29, 2013 -- 2:19pm

As a constituent do you believe your legislators are working on what is really important to you? There is a way to let them know your bold new ideas. Americans for Prosperity State Director Patrick Werner says they are going “on tour” showcasing how Missouri lags behind its neighbors in innovative policy reform. The town hall style meetings are designed to get straight to the point and up close and personal with you! He tells KZIM KSIM the BOLD IDEAS tour shows you how to spur legislation. If you think Missouri needs creative thinking to move our state, they need everyone to come to these meetings and put pressure on elected leaders, sign petitions, and say it's time... time to move Missouri forward. Werner says tax, healthcare and education reform are big items. The tour will be in Cape Girardeau tomorrowat the Cup and Cork on North Main, at 10am, in Sikeston at Suzie’s Bake Shop on East Center, at 1pm and in Poplar Bluff at the Bread Company on North Westwood Boulevard at 3:30.
