A Farmington woman charged in connection with a fatal accident in October, 2010, gets 8 years in state prison.  53-year-old Cynthia Streiler (stry-luhr) pled guilty in May to first-degree involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of 59-year-old Larry Winch of Farmington.  Streiler drove her Subaru south on Route-D, under the influence of alcohol when she collided with Winch’s motorcycle.  He was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.  Streiler was arrested for DWI.  She was sentenced last Friday before Judge Sandy Martinez in Farmington to the 8-year term.
