The Missouri State Highway Patrol will be retiring one its lieutenants

Superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol Lt. David Shaul is retiring effective July 1st. Captain Tim Hull tells KZIM KSIM that he appreciates Shaul’s 33 years of service. Shaul entered the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy in 1980 and has been a member of both Troop A and Troop F in Missouri throughout his career. He has a Masters in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College in PA. Hull says that Shaul also served in the Criminal Justice Information Services Division as well.
