A Bollinger County father and son found guilty on shooting charges.

A father and son who are facing charges stemming from a March shooting of a Bollinger County have changed their not guilty pleas to guilty and  had their criminal trials. 24 year old Robert Keller Morgan went to trial on the 11th and was sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections, to run concurrently with 4 years he had received for violating his probation, for assisting 58 year old Robert Edward Morganin the March after the shooting of 31-year-old Nichole Morgan, in rural Bollinger County.Robert Edward Morgan was charged with first-degree assault with serious physical injury, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest and two counts of child endangerment and found guilty. He is to be sentenced on August 1st    before Judge Benjamin Lewis.
