Jul 23, 2013 -- 3:03pm

If you love to golf, whether you’re good at it or not, consider signing up for a spot in the 13th annual 4-person “best ball” scramble with Bootheel Counseling Services. They provide care in New Madrid, Scott, Stoddard, and Mississippi Counties. Co-Coordinator Jennifer Hartlein tells KZIM KSIM funding is always a challenge for Not-for-profit entities so this tournament helps people who otherwise might slip through the cracks…They work well with a lot of community agencies. If someone needs "crisis" help and may not have the funds, they are NEVER turned away! Register now by calling 573-471-0800. Tee time is 1pm Friday, August 2nd at the Hidden Trails Country Club in Dexter. Drinks, a meal, T-shirt, games on the course are included.
