A Cape man will spend the next 10 years in federal prison for a gun charge.  27-year-old Ricky Mixon was sentenced Monday to 120 months on being a previously convicted felon in possession of a firearm.  In October 2011, A Cape Police officer noticed Mixon hiding a 9-millimeter pistol in the return of an unused soda machine.  He was arrested and the firearm was recovered.  Mixon has prior convictions for burglary and gun possession and is not allowed to have a firearm.
