Clay Waller wants a change of venue in his murder case.  His defense attorney Monday filed a petition in Cape County Court for a new venue.  Clay pled not guilty on the 13^th to first-degree murder before Judge Ben Lewis.  His estranged wife, Jacque, was 39 when she was last seen alive June 1^st, 2011.  Her body has never been located.  Waller will be back in court in Jackson October 22^nd for a status hearing if his case isn’t assigned to another county by that date.
