Former state representative Mike Sutherland will talk about use taxes at two Friday appearances.  The first is at 7:40 a.m. Friday at the Show Me Center during the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce's monthly First Friday Coffee, co-hosted by the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce. Doors for the event open at 7 a.m. for a continental breakfast.  The Cape County Republican Women also will host Sutherland at noon Friday at Dexter Bar-B-Que.  Sutherland, regarded as a taxation expert, is the owner of Sutherland and Co.
