Clay Waller’s federal sentence is upheld by the 8^th Circuit Court of Appeals.  His public defender filed an appeal after Judge Stephen Limbaugh Junior gave Waller 5-years for harassment January 3^rd.  The 42-year-old pled guilty October 3^rd to sending an email threatening physical harm to Cheryl Brenneke, Jacque Waller’s sister, over an internet forum.  Jacque has been missing since June 1^st.  The court ruled Friday Waller’s 5-year sentence was reasonable.  Waller is serving that time at the Federal Correctional Institution in Oakdale, Louisiana.  He has a projected release date of December 6^th, 2015.  Meanwhile, Waller has asked for a change of venue in his murder case.  A hearing is set for October 22^nd hearing on that motion in Jackson.
