Clay Waller’s federal sentence is upheld by the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. His public defender filed an appeal after Judge Stephen Limbaugh Junior gave Waller 5-years for harassment January 3rd. The 42-year-old pled guilty October 3rd to sending an email threatening physical harm to Cheryl Brenneke, Jacque Waller’s sister, over an internet forum. Jacque has been missing since June 1st. The court ruled Friday Waller’s 5-year sentence was reasonable. Waller is serving that time at the Federal Correctional Institution in Oakdale, Louisiana. He has a projected release date of December 6th, 2015. Meanwhile, Waller has asked for a change of venue in his murder case. A hearing is set for October 22nd hearing on that motion in Jackson.
