A Kennett man will stand trial for arson after pleading not guilty to a number of arsons in the past year. 34-year-old Daniel Bugbee confessed to setting 13 house fires between December 2011 and July of this year. Witnesses picked Bugbee out of a photo line-up and police arrested him at his house. He is charged with 13 counts of arson and remains jailed on a 100-thousand-dollar bond. Judge John Spielman Friday found there is enough evidence to believe the crimes occurred. Bugbee will be will arraigned before Judge Stephen Sharp in Kennett September 12th.
