Cape Girardeau police have arrested both people believed to be responsible for an attempted robbery outside a convenience store last week.  A 13-year-old male juvenile was in the custody of juvenile authorities Friday. Another suspect, 30-year-old Evan Johnson Jr. of Cape Girardeau, was arrested and charged Thursday with attempted robbery and armed criminal action.  The two suspects are accused of trying to rob a man of an Xbox video game system near the intersection of Bloomfield and Hanover streets on Nov. 6. During the incident, the 13-year-old allegedly fired a gun at a male victim, grazing his left calf with a bullet as he ran. Johnson also allegedly tried to punch the victim.
