The Arts Council of SE Missouri hosts its annual Christmas Arts and Crafts Extravaganza this weekend. Executive Director Murielle Gaither says they have gotten SO BIG they need two venues! With over 14-thousand people attending Gaither tells KZIM KSIM the Osage and the Show Me Center will be filled with over 3-hundred vendors selling everything you can imagine for decorating your home for the holidays…"We have people from all over the region and a panel of professionals who choose what to include. We also have strict rules that everything is MADE by hand. You won't find any 'made in china' stickers. And with that we are the biggest and longest running craft show in the region. And we are very proud of that." This is the 43rd year for this event hosting wreaths , fine art, photographs, crafts, pottery, baskets, candy and more! You can buy a wrist band for Saturday (10 to 5) and Sunday (10 to 4) for 5-dollars or just attend Sunday for 3-dollars.
