A Sikeston woman who allegedly neglected her daughter fails to appear in court!  38-year-old Sherrie Campbell was arrested February 9^th after DPS responded to her home on West Center Street.  Police acted on a Missouri Children’s Division hotline call and found unacceptable living conditions inside.  The home was very cold, had little food, and was in unsanitary condition.  The 15-year-old also had serious dental problems.  The detective took the girl into custody and placed her in the care of another family member.  Campbell is charged with felony child endangerment.  She pleaded not guilty before Judge David Dolan in Benton but failed to appear in court Thursday.  A warrant was issued for her arrest on a 15-hundred-dollar bond.
