A Kennett man gets a change of venue for arson after pleading not guilty to a number of incidents in the past year. 34-year-old Daniel Bugbee confessed to setting 13 house fires between December 2011 and July of this year. Witnesses picked Bugbee out of a photo line-up and police arrested him at his house. He is charged with 13 counts of arson and remains jailed on a 100-thousand-dollar bond. Bugbee was granted a change of venue Thursday before Judge Stephen Sharp. He will appear in New Madrid Court on the 25th for arraignment.
