Southeast Missouri State University has once again been ranked as one of the nation’s best regional colleges. The university has been ranked consecutively since the publication in 1993. Institutions categorized as regional universities offer a full range of undergraduate and master’s programs but few doctoral programs. The rankings include nearly 14-hundred schools nationwide. Southeast Enrollment Management Vice President Debbie Below tells KZIM-KSIM they try to offer the best range of studies for students they can. Southeast Missouri has reported enrollment growth for 18 consecutive years and last year was the second fastest growing public, four year university in the state. Southeast’s inclusion in the list is consistent with other rankings the university has received this year.
