The Cape Central All School Booster Club is hard at work to provide students with what they need to be successful. They are hosting the 21^st annual golf tournament on Friday, July 6^th at the Cape Girardeau Country Club. Chairman of the event, Jerry Kratochvil says they are a volunteer group of 15 parents who serve 3 year terms and make available funds for scholarships, equipment, guest speakers, and sports. He tells KZIM KSIM this 4-person scramble is their biggest fundraiser of the year and they need the dollars with a new auditorium, new classrooms and that beautiful new football stadium! He says these are exciting times to be a student! They have more opportunities and are wanting to do more! When they need help - they come to the booster club! The afternoon flights are already full but there is plenty of room for teams and sponsorships on morning flights beginning at 8am. There will food and contests throughout the day.
