A suspect wanted for the beating death of a Bismarck man is bound over for trial!  27-year-old Jason Roberts of Leadwood was arrested in January in St. Louis.  Roberts is charged with murder in the second degree.  He is accused of beating Michael Sirclum at his home in Bismarck Christmas Eve.  Sirclum was taken to a local hospital, where he died December 28^th from head trauma.  Sirclum's wife told police that Roberts hit her husband in the head and knocked him to the ground.  Roberts claims it was self-defense.  He appeared before a judge Tuesday and was bound over for trial.  He will be arraigned at the circuit court level August 1^st in Farmington.
