Three of the five suspects accused in a counterfeiting ring get federal prison time for their role in the crime. 22-year-old Darius Robinson, 19-year-old Brynet Trice, and 25-year-old Jessica Gross, 28-year-old Terry Hester, and 29-year-old Darius Lankford each pled guilty to counterfeiting in U-S District Court in Cape. They made and passed fake 10, 20, and 50-dollar bills at businesses in Dexter, Cape, Sikeston, and Poplar Bluff in October 2011. Gross and Trice were sentenced to 5-years probation, Hester received 18-months in prison, Lankford 15-months, and Robinson got 24-months. They were all ordered to pay 3-thousand-10-dollars in restitution.
