The Sikeston Depot Museum will bring a unique set of art to the area next month. On Tuesday they will exhibit art from Marilyn Schwaninger, Ann Berbling and Beth Thomas in a show titled “Creativity by 3”. All three have brought in work created using everything from tin cans to bubble gum and bolts. The style does not fit in most traditional art forms but have drawn a lot of attention already. Museum Director Mike Marsh tells KZIM-KSIM they want to expose the community to all styles of art. The exhibit opens up Tuesday and will run through August. They will host a special meet the artist reception on July 13th. Museum hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 to 4 PM.
