A Sikeston man has a new hearing after a shooting incident

A Sikeston man has a new court date in July for a shooting incident.  DPS was called to the scene at Delmar and Dorothy Streets September 21st, 2011, where they found 23-year-old Eric Tucker in the road with gunshot wounds.  After an investigation, police charged 24-year-old Raymond Mitchell with 1st-degree assault, unlawful possession of a firearm and armed criminal action.  Mitchell turned himself into Sikeston DPS the next day.  He is being held on a 50-thousand dollar bond.  Judge Hence Winchester set a hearing this week for July 26th in Benton.
