Cape Central High School suffered a power outage Wednesday afternoon.  Despite the loss of power classes continued as scheduled throughout the day.  There is no word on what caused the outage but some of the wires on the off-site breaker did short out just after noon.  The school did have phone service but no running water.  The outage was fixed within four hours and the school electricity has been restored.
