Cape Girardeau Police are still investigating a house fire started by a Molotov cocktail.  Officers responded to a call at the 14-hundred block of Cousin Street around 5:20 AM.  The homeowners and neighbors both reported hearing a loud noise and seeing a fire a few minutes later.  Patrolman Jason Selzer tells KZIM-KSIM the neighbor even assisted in putting out the flames. Police discovered a bottle underneath the air conditioner unit that appeared to be used in starting the fire. Police continue their investigation.  Only a burn to the hand was sustained during the incident.
