Three Saint Louis people are in a local jail for allegedly distributing heroin.  According to Scott County sheriff Rick Walter, the trio was arrested Friday night after an undercover drug sting.  28-year-old Thomas Wheeler, 31-year-old Ginny Wattler, and 32-year-old Scott McGuire are all charged with one felony count of distribution of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Scott County received a tip that Heroin was being transported between Saint Louis and Sikeston.  Detectives arranged a purchase of 600-dollars worth Friday night near Sikeston High School.  After the sale, the three suspects were taken into custody.  They are in Scott County Jail on 75-thousand-dollars cash only bond.
