Police have arrested a Caruthersville woman and her passenger after an alleged drive by shooting.  According to police 28-year old Kerri Tilson was waiting at the intersection of 12^th and Franklin Avenue with her children ages 10 and 6.  Tilson stated she was waiting for some juveniles to pass when a Dodge Charger pulled alongside her vehicle and fired four shots.  Police arrived on the scene and found bullet holes in the driver side door and rear tire.  Witnesses were able to identify the driver and passenger.  Police arrested a 37 year old and 44 year old woman.  The suspect’s names are being held at this time pending the filing of formal charges.  There were no injuries as result of the gunshots.
