U.S. senators Roy Blunt and Claire McCaskill sent a letter Wednesday to U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Thomas Vilsack asking him to grant Gov. Jay Nixon's request for a primary disaster declaration for 114 counties in Missouri.
