An East Prairie pastor charged with child sex related crimes has a trial setting hearing in Scott County.  36-year-old Ken Allen is charged with four counts of statutory sodomy and child porn possession.  He will appear on the 24^th in Benton on a change of venue from Mississippi County to Scott County.  The judge will set his trial date then.  According to Mississippi County Sheriff Keith Moore, there are multiple child victims under the age of 14 who were sexually assaulted by Allen.  He was the pastor of Apostolic Truth Ministries.  His wife, 36-year-old Beth Allen, is charged with child endangerment.  She will be arraigned December 5^th before Judge Terry Brown in Charleston.
